Almonds are my go-to snack when I’m on the go. To have a sweeter option that’s super healthy and easy to make, try adding cinnamon and roasting for an hour and voila! Something a little different for your afternoon pick-me-up.
2 cups whole almonds (unsalted)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
Spring of Rosemary (optional)

Preheat oven to 250F

In a bowl, mix almonds, cinnamon, olive oil and salt

On a baking sheet, spread almonds out in a single layer

Roast for 1 hour and serve

Optional: Add Rosemary on top of almonds
