Tracey helped me learn to be more accountable for my food choices. I now stop and think – are these nachos worth it? She also helped me get in the habit of packing my lunch and meal prep – much healthier and cheaper! I now think about what food I am putting in my body – a first for me! I’ve broken the habit of mindless eating and implemented Sunday food prep and packing my lunch for work.

Tracey has changed the way I look at food – literally! Before working with her I never really checked out ingredients lists– but now that I’ve started I am never turning back. Since I started the Detox Jam two weeks ago, I have lost a bunch of weight and feel much more energized. The best part was, Tracey provided recipes with similar ingredients so I can prep everything one day and use the same ingredients throughout the week. Tracey has helped me create new eating habits that will serve me well long after the Detox Jam ends – I’ve broken the habit of late-night snacking and learned that food-prep is key to maintain a healthy diet. Number one, so far I’ve lost 4lbs and Matt’s lost 10. I know that’s not the point but we’re pretty happy about it!!! We really loved doing it. It was fun to do it together and cook and eat together. Loved the FB group too. Tracey – also just wanted to give my two cents/say thanks. I wasn’t sure if i was gonna do it, but i did and it was wonderful. Will be great to incorporate some of these new foods into my every day diet.
After doing Tracey’s detox jam, I can honestly say I’m surprised how effective it was. I did it during one of the hardest times of the year (holiday party season), yet by committing to the program and not cheating, I was able to lose 10 pounds in the first week, 15+ pounds overall and get my beach body for Christmas!
