Overnight Oats

I love this easy and delicious recipe not only for the taste but because it’s such a good grab and go option. The prep time is pretty minimal and after work or before bed just put it all together, stick it in the fridge and grab it on your way out to work in the morning. This breakfast is filled with protein between the oats, chia seeds and almond milk (and even more if you make the almond milk from scratch!)
